What is Muay Thai?
Muay Thai is a traditional martial art originating from Thailand. Also known as "The Art of Eight Limbs", practitioners learn how to use a combination of punches, elbows, knees and kicks to become effective strikers.
Muay Thai is very culturally significant in Thailand. It was established as the country's national sport during the Rattanakosin Kingdom era (~18th-early 20th century) and is still an integral part of Thai life.
