Intended Audience

General audience, from hobbyists to competitors. Ages 14+.

If you have previous experience, and are interested in joining our All Levels classes, please email us for approval.

What to expect (eXcl. Sparring)

These classes explore the finer points of Muay Thai technique and concepts, applying them through partner drilling, pad work and clinch work.

Note: There will be light contact during drilling and controlled sparring, so protective gear is required.

What to expect (Sparring)

Students will learn how to spar safely and apply knowledge gained in their other All Levels classes. From technical sparring to clinch, students will develop their Muay Thai in a supervised environment. Students may also get a chance to spar with coaches and the competition team in this class.

Students do not need to compete or wish to compete to attend this class! This class is a great option for anyone looking to get a little more out of their training.

What you'll need

Handwraps, gloves (12 oz or greater for pads/drills/clinch, 16 oz required for sparring), shin pads, mouthpiece, groin protection.

Knee and elbow pads optional. Head gear is optional, but strongly recommended for anyone under 18 (can be borrowed free-of-charge).
